I am passionate about people and positive change. It's these passions that
drive me in life.

As a fully qualified, professional coach and NLP practitioner, I help
people create the changes they are seeking in their own lives. I have
successfully coached clients to achieve more than they ever thought
possible in their relationships, work, finances and self-confidence. I
work hand in hand with my clients to set them on their journey to success.

My career has been focused on understanding people and facilitating
change. Prior to setting upInspire Coaching in 2009, I spent 17 years helping organisations such as Unilever, Coke, Woolworths and Diageo better understand consumers to develop strong strategies for growing their brands. During this time I held various senior positions spanning business development, team management and consulting in the UK, Australia, and NZ.

Developing new business opportunities and the building of strong relationships have highlighted my working life. I am a naturally innovative thinker. I set up a new consulting business for AC Nielsen inUK and Australia - these businesses together netted over $1m in their first year of operation. I am also an accomplished presenter, facilitator& public speaker.

Inspire Coaching represents a new chapter in my journey which is taking my passion for people and positive change to a more personal level, by helping others achieve the successes they are looking for in their lives.

I have an enthusiasm for life which is reflected in my coaching. Clients have thanked me for being a great listener, non-judgemental, enthusiastic, committed, fun, challenging and inspiring. I am absolutely committed to personal progress, which is about helping you achieve the happiness and success that you deserve.

Originally from the UK, I have travelled extensively. My travelling began as an ex-pat child, then continued as an adult fascinated with discovering new places and experiencing new cultures. I am now settled in Sydney with my wonderful partner and beautiful daughter.
